Ford Order Tracking
Can Anyone tell me how accurate the Ford Order Tracking was on their ordered vehicle? I placed an order for a new F350 CCSB Liariat on 3/7/2019. Was scheduled to be built 3 weeks in and I asked for a change to my order then it got rescheduled so it delayed my build by about 3 weeks. It was apparently built on 4/25/2019 and I have been checking the tracking because I do have the VIN and it was saying it would be delivered 5/15 for awhile then changed to 5/21. I have also been checking palsapp.com and there is absolutely no change there still null and pending. I am just curious what others experiences have been tracking the delivery of their ordered vehicle. I am in the Chicago Area so not too far from Kentucky Plant. Please share. FYI I did get the spray in bed liner and I know that will delay the shipping.

My truck actually showed up 10 days before the tracker said it would. I checked it daily and the date continued to be pushed out a day almost every day I looked and then one day it said "delivered to dealer". I called, and sure enough it was there. Took 5 weeks from order date to delivery.

Same as what ATC said. I couldn't get anything through Ford and only got an update on palsapp when it went to have bed liner sprayed in. One week after it went to dispatched on a Friday afternoon and was delivered Sunday. I'm 45 miles north of Indy so it came on a semi straight from the plant.

My estimated delivery date changed 5-6 times, ranging anywhere from 5/23 as the earliest to 5/31 as the latest. It’s been saying 5/24 for the last 7-10 days until it changed to delivered last night. Still shows as pending on palsapp, so that was never helpful.

My date just changed again to 6/6/2019. OMG I might as well wait for the 2020's! I wonder if we could order and have deliver made to a local dealer in Louisville then drive there with a friend get dropped off and drive the new truck home. Would be 30 days faster!
