There are several reputable companies that sell performance tunes that truly do work, and 5-star is one of them. However the idea that you can make more power and get better fuel economy with ANY simple modification is total BS. Ford spends billions on research, and they'd spend the $200 to make 5 MPG better on this high-volume vehicle.

For the F150 OZ Tuning only does the 5.0, that said he really knows what he's doing. I've had 5 Star on my Excursion V10, but Ken knows how to bring out the best in the Coyote.
