Parts FS & ISO

My name is Gary, I am from Western MA. I drive a Black 02 F150 Supercab 5spd 4x4 (on the floor) 192k miles (motor swap @ 130k - both had roughly the same mileage)

Since purchasing my baby in 2014 I have added a lot of cosmetics, as well as some practical upgrades. I have done plenty of maintenance, some routine and some a little more involved. I have also had a few fender benders as well as minor scrapes and blemishes, but its a truck and well aged!

I have plenty of things I would like to do/should probably do/and NEED to do to keep her running tip top.

I am currently on my second parts truck. I'm getting rid of this to get a new one (I got hit in on the same front drivers side fender twice now, first truck was for the motor) I have gone through a number of parts, have some boxed up and will have more to get rid of in the future.

Aside from the factory parts I have been swapping, I would like to add some (more) aftermarket parts. If anyone knows where to get good aftermarket stuff LMK!

** I am by no means a mechanic. I have a few friends that are willing to help me. I have learned alot on my way. I am always open to constructive criticism and advise.

You may not know it but Ma drivers are pretty wild on the road.
Question is how much did you contribute to your accidents? Don't answer this, just commenting
Learn to be as defensive as you can while out on the road or all your work and expenses gets lost.
Good luck, learn and have a good time.

Not gonna lie, I am an aggressive driver and I may have contributed to some of these accidents, but most were due to inclement weather and/or inexperienced drivers. However my post was not to discern who was at fault. I am trying to see who else is trying to keep this same generation F-150 (97-03 = 10th?) alive. See where people trust for aftermarket parts, possibly. Also for anyone in Western MA (or willing to travel) to find new homes for some of the extra parts that I have

If you want to sell parts, make sure you do it in the Marketplace forum.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/market/

If you want people here to see them, make a post in that forum then put a link to it here.

Nice to see guys trying to keep these trucks alive. If you want a good rust free one, come buy one in Texas then drive it back home. I have to admit that this generation was a great truck. I have had 3 of them and they were all very solid. I think Ford gave up on this generation too soon.
