Diesel code scanner
What are some good scanners to use that will help you scan codes even if the check engine light not on. And allow you to erase code once you have fix the problem. I am looking to purchase one I see them all the time at local part stores. Thanks guys really appreciate the help!!!!.

Most any code scanner can accomplish that task. You could also get an OBDII adapter and use your smartphone if you have one with an app like TorquePro or FORScan.
