How to read engine serial number?

What diameter are you intake plenum pipes, from the turbo to the plenums? Later are 3", early are 2 1/2" (IIRC)

That might be the International # .....so if you find the corresponding Ford https://www.thedieselstop.com/faq/94...nterchange.pdf
along with the Ford VIN you should be able to find the Build date...at least I think
