Yes lets hope this dreary crap is gone by then. Sunday looks to be the nicest day this weekend. Tomorrow is a close second. When the forecast says "delightful" how can you go wrong?
Morning everyone, hope you're all having a relaxing/productive long weekend. Mine started off good with getting the water pump on the boat and getting it tuned up, then was going good putting the new bilsteins on the front of the 12 until I realized that the moog "heavy duty" replacement coil springs I bought are too thick with too little space between to use my coil compressor. Both old coils were broken (why I'm replacing) so cant put those back on.
Suggestions? I dont really wanna mess with a redneck solution on coil springs so I'm planning on taking to a shop to put them on tomorrow if I cant figure it out but then the wife is trapped at home all day.
Weekend was pretty good weather wise. Company was great! Could have used a few more days like Sunday to call it a complete success. Although pulling a lower unit off an outboard while the boat is still in the lake is a win in my book! Thanks again Jay!
