All the patch panels I am familiar with for the floor are for under your feet and along the side between the rocker and the seat area. Those areas are the same for regular cabs and extended cabs. I haven't checked lately, but I do not remember much being available for the rear cab floor area.

That reflects what I have seen so far. Nothing for the rear of an extended cab.
Sounds like I'm going have to just get some sheet metal and go for broke.
My nice looking cab has a rotted floor. I was moving the back seat down flat and the one side basically picked up thru the floor so sad..
I knew when I bought it, it was a little rough there but didn't think it was that bad.
There is nothing for the rear of the regular cabs either. I have patched them before, but it can be difficult. There is a wide u-channel that goes from once side of the cab to the other, and it has the rear body mounts underneath it. It supports the rear of the cab on the frame mounts, and it also has a drop down on each side that goes out to the rear cab corners and the back of the door opening to support the rear corners of the cab. It's these drop down areas that rust out. The usually have supports for the seatbelts also. Most people patch the outer cab corner, but the structural part on the inside that is rusted is the important part and it's very difficult to repair.
This place does have this panel for the rear of a regular cab. They have carried it for a few years now, but I can't quite wrap my head around where or how it fits into the truck.

Well I am not most people as I had to patch that part on the right side on mine, the left side was ok and was able to tie it back into the rocker / cab corner.
I will say if you need patch panels see what Tabco has. I used them for all my panel patches and the fit really good.
