Pedestal torque specs

I keep finding contradicting answers.

What is the torque specs from Turbo to Pedestal?

What is the torque specs from Pedestal to block?

For anyone else who runs into this issue its 18ftlbs to the block I never could find what turbo to pedestal was so I also did 18ftlbs

Good looking out, I struggled to find the up pipe to exhaust manifold torque specs and came up with 19 but I had an exhaust leak.

"Tighten nuts and bolts securing right and left turbocharger exhaust inlet pipes to exhaust manifolds to 24 Nm (18 lb-ft)." I found that in the link you posted looks like 19 should of done it.
