I’m ordering a choke cable for my ‘57 and figured I’d add door seals to make shipping more worth it. I remember reading that some door seals are better than others but I can’t find the threads anymore. Which one is the better one to get?
Now for a choke cable... dig around the sight and only found ones for up to 56 and they didn’t start again till the 60s. I know Macs had one for a 57 but it would be nice to put it all on one order
I don't know if they make hollow ones for a 57, but us 53 to 56 trucks like the hollow core door seals better than the solid rubber that were original. It seems the rubber they are using now is not as pliable and soft as it was in the 50's so the solids ones don't compress like they should.
