Not running (runs with ether)
1989 f350 460 will not start, runs on Ether, fuel rail has Pressure. What controls the injectors?

The EEC Computer.
But you need to put a fuel gauge on it to see what fuel pressure you have.
It takes about 28psi to start the engine.

Sou ds weird, but, check for blown fuses also. Had a similar condition in the past. Would start and run on ether. Ended up being a blown pcm fuse.
