2008 f350 steering issues

I have a 2008 f350 5.4 triton. The truck runs like a top and is in really good shape for its age but the last few weeks I’ve had this steering issue. It feels like when making a right turn, as I’m going through the turn it wants to keep going right. Almost like something is sticking. I have to fight it to get the wheel straight again then it wants to pull left. At highway speeds it seems to drive fine. Only an issue at lower speeds mostly on right turns. I just had it aligned and the front passenger lower tie rod end and ball joint replaced. It helped a little but still doing the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

If it is 4wd an axle u joint could be the problem.

Probably should have all tie rod ends and ball joints replaced. Unable to grease them if they are still factory installed.

If this issue arose right after the parts were replaced the mechanic probably over-tightened the ball joint. Must follow the Ford recommended torque value because a ball joint that is over-tightened will cause the steering problem you are experiencing.
