yeah ditto that...I would have never thought in a hundred years that they would embarass the Wings like that! and they did pretty close to the same thing with the stars! I was at game 3 in dallas( i think it was 3 ...it was on sat afternoon and they lost with seconds to go)

Im a stars fan all the way and i think that this season might just be a rebuilding season. Wtih Hatcher and Sydor gone im kinda scetchy on how they will do this season. Sometimes it takes a season with new players to get into a groove and learn how eachother really play and get into "sync" if you wanna call it that. My favorite year was the 99 stars, they freakin owned all. STARS RULE
yeah...I don't know how their going to work out...I hope it won't take long for them to get going though..... I keep worrying that the owners going to sell out (you know he had them on the market their for awhile because he just wanted to own the rangers) Hopefully not. My very first stars game was in 99 in the playoffs...went to see them play the Avalanche in the Western Finals in Reunion Arena.....20 rows off ice... WOW...never experienced anything like it...after that I was hooked for life!

Hey I think you forgot the Caps. Oh wait nevermind they blow every year. I can never figure out why they decide to trade all of their good players. I am surprised that they have heldon on to Bondra and Gonchar as long as they have. I hope they do well this year but i have no high hopes. Can't wait for the season.

Without a doubt it's going to be the

DALLAS STARS vs. OTTAWA SENATORS

Why? The two best teams with the best depth and top of the line netminders. The Aves are good but don't have the goaltending to get by teams like the canucks or stars.
The Flyers are great on paper but just like the rangirls don't gel well as a cohesive unit, the leafs are interesting also but just don't have the drive or depth the younger and hungrier sens have. And the defending champs always crank it up in the playoffs but will fall in 6 games to the high flying sens. As for the bruins they are still one top notch draft pick away from being in the uppper group of cup contenders.

I live in Minnesota and cheer for the wild but come june you will see what I just told you the Stars vs, the Sens for all the marbles!!!

I have laied money down in vegas for this final, it is going to happen..as for the winner...Let em skate and let's find out!!
vs.

Hello again.

Well, 2 games have been played by the Canucks so far, and the outcome in both have been wins by 3 goals. Canucks are tied for first place in the league. So, I will repeat myself in saying Canucks will rule ALL.

All that aside, 2 games do not make a season, but things are definitely looking VERY good for the Canucks so far.

BIG RANGERS FAN HERE!!!!!
Its gonna be another season where the eigth seed is gonna be a challenge...damn..I'm glad I like Hockey enough to watch most any NHL team play!
But I CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH THE Avalanch beat the Devils in the Stanley cup this year!!!! The Avs netminder is good enough to feed on the energy in front of him...it should be good!

The Red Wings are always tuff and should have gone much further in the playoffs than they did last year.
:-staun

Profanity Removedhappened last year, i wanted to cry, they by far have the best team in the league.

If you dont agree tell me why and back it up with facts. (Also check out the wings line up, its unbeatable. Any coach would go gaga over this team. We need scotty back!)

It was a very sad year....... Great team, with soooooooo much potential, but didnt even put up a fight

I hope they do good!

Wings fan here if u cant tell

Adam

I don't agree with you on the wings being the best. Fact: Got swept by Anaheim in the first round.

They are good, I'll admit that. How could anyone not. However, Colorado has to have the best lineup and the best depth all the way down to Hershey. Sure Hasek is back in the lineup this year, but goals win hockey games. Saves just keep the team in it.

Like I said look around before you start talking.

But here i go..

STEVE YZERMAN - a Vetren in Hockey, all around great Center have almost 1400 goals in his life.

BRENDAN SHANAHAN - Left Winger, great player, kinda slumped in the beginning of last season, but come back nice.

BRETT HULL - Come, i wont even talk abot him, been on St- Louis for years, then to Dallas and now us. GREAT Player.

DARREN MCCARTY - The wings' gunner man. He does our dirty work. Another (comming soon if not) vetren.

DERIAN HATCHER - Was born around the block from me. House hold name.

CHRIS CHELIOS - Another household name of Defence man like Hatcher.

CURTIS JOSEPH - Gollie, yes he did bad last year, but i guess hes a good gollie (lol!!)

And then Hasek, all around a great gollie!

Well There was a few more that I could name, but these are all house hold names.

By far have the most experence. And yes, they didnt do good, but its not how good you are in hockey, its how much you want it.

Time ot goto work,

Adam
