My bulbs finally did arrive a couple weeks after the order, but I found out all I needed to know about their customer service and they don't get a second bite at that apple. But that's just my experience. Others have ordered there with no complaints. So I guess it's hit or miss.
I ordered bulbs for all around my truck and have nothing but great things to say about them...the shipping may have been a few days slower than expected if i can recall though. I had a bulb burn out and they sent a new set very promptly too...i think it burned out after two months or so

They took the money two weeks ago and still say maybe another week before shipping.

I dropped $1500 with an immediate charge on my credit card for the new Morimoto headlights and didn’t get them until 6 months later through The Retrofit Source. The incentive was $250 off to order early but it took an extra 3 months for the lights to actually ship.
Charging your credit card for a back ordered items seems to be the norm for internet sales anymore. I can’t tell you how many times over several years this has happened to me. They at least do a pending charge on your card.
i think a lot of these internet companies are actually small businesses and may not have huge cash flows. An email to you stating the back order would have been nice though.
i had the same thing happen with HR two years ago. I paid an extra $40 for an overnight shipment but I didn’t receive it until a week later. “Overnight” meant from when it left their facility. I don’t think they have a huge inventory.
