Diesel Excursion cut off while driving

I skimmed past most of the replies, but I'd say tuner or electrical problem are more likely than a fuel or sensor problem. I don't know that tuner but since it changed to a start-up screen before the stall either it has a problem, possibly just a bad connection, or maybe you briefly lost power through the ignition circuit.
