My passenger side rear brake cable is coming undone a stretches instead of pulling. Last time I tried to get a brake cable over the counter there was a bunch of different lengths and no note on where to measure them. Anybody know if the lengths are the same crew/super/single cab? If so what is it? Pulling mine out to measure will mean getting a ride to work the next day.

There's an overall length and there's a cover length. Reg/super/crew are all different... different years are different. You listed nothing about your truck... go to rockauto and you'll see the cable you need for your truck. It will say the length too.
If you have a 73/75 f250 with heavy duty brakes you're screwed at the moment. No one makes them, no one sells them, there's 1 NOS right side for $120 on eBay if you want to set money on fire.

Please, when asking questions, list ALL the pertinent info, we are not mind readers.
There's a gazillion different front and rear parking brake cables. What year and series is the truck? 2WD or 4WD, short or long bed, Regular, Super or Crew Cab?
