Yeah might as well, the computer can't directly tell if the solenoids are there or not it just infers the presence of a fully functioning air injection system from other sensors so it will also set codes based on that, the presence (or lack) of the solenoids makes no difference and electrically it's safer for the PCM if the connectors are just left hanging.
