HELP!!! Changed fuel filter, won't start.

easiest way to find where your problem is:
get a boat fuel tank or similar. hook it directly to the injector pump with the tank higher than the injector pump. hit the prime bulb a few times. if the engine fires an runs, move the portable tank to the fuel filter inlet. then to the fuel pump inlet. keep testing and moving the tank back to the fuel tank. when it does not want t run rite, you have found the problem area is between that spot and where it did run rite.
