Rocker assembly oil restriction

In the past I've used Holley jet #70 under the center stand on rocker *** that are bleeding to death and it's really helped with the oil flooding under the covers.
However, thoughts on what Holley jet size you guys in the know, would use, considering the stats below.

Stats:
Rebuilt heads = ss valves, guides, seats, etc.
All new POPs rocker shafts, roller rocker, center stands, end stand supports, aluminum spacers and shims (to replace shaft springs). Rocker to shaft clearance is machined to ( .002 ), as suggested by the owner, Doug.
Thoughts?
Thank you.

I always used a 80 jet, present heads with restricters built in but haven't measured them.

Thanks. I already went ahead and called Doug at POPs. He's always so very busy and I really hate to break his momentum when he is working. BUT, being the great guy he is, he stopped to help me out.

He suggested using a Holley #80 since every thing is new with close tolerances. The chart shows Holley #80 = .093 drill hole. That should allow me to run it for a short time without the valve cover, to check that everything is getting oil and the drain back is working correctly.

I used to have a set of valve covers with the top dome part cut out and clear plexiglass glued back in its place. It was great. You could see how how much bleed out you had at the rockers, you could watch how fast/slow the push rods were turning and actually see the oil draining back down in the corner drain. Was sure interesting to see how things can quickly go south when you rev up the RPMs.
If you have a bad/loose rocker ***, everything can start swimming pretty fast.

BUT, alas, those covers grew legs and ran off without even leaving a note. :-(((( I'd like to make another set,,,,,, soooo,,, if anyone has a extra set laying around, hint-hint,,, that they could part with ????
I thought I had an old set on the junk shelf but I think they grew legs also. Who knows, maybe the two pair met up one night and ran off together. I certainly hope they're happy together.

I used #70 Holley jets.
Here's a picture I took during reassembly. I was using a cordless drill to run the oil pump. There was plenty of oil reaching the rocker assemblies.
