Hi, new member, I've been reading on this site for the past few days on leveling kits. From what I've read the Carli ones sound like the most complete / least amount of problems... but not looking to order these as I will not be installing myself.
I was planning on having 2" block spacers & a track bar installed on my front suspension @ 4wheelparts as I was thinking these would have the least amount of impact on other suspension components. Just looking for other opinions. Another option I was thinking about was the 2.5 ready lift, as this has additional components to relieve some of the stress on the front end. Anyone else have one of these? Just looking to keep the ride relatively close to stock / not wear front suspension components too quickly. Thanks
Depends on what you really want? I've got 2019 and have been researching the same thing, and I've decided the Carli Pintop is what suites my needs best, but I plan wheeling my truck, and want the best I can get. If tires and level stance is what your looking for, and stock ride feel is good then I'd suggest the basic route.
Just mainly using the truck to daily and also occasionally to haul. Not really off road. Just looking for a decent enough kit for such.
The BDS 2" kit comes with Fox 2.0 shocks that will really improve your day to day ride. ReadyLift makes a nice starter kit with their 2.5" one that addresses everything you need, but it comes with shock extenders, which is kind of a janky way of doing it. I would buy a shock package if you go that route.
I'm not sure what motor you have but, I went with the readyLift 1.5" level. it worked out well with the 6.2L as it weighs less than the 6.7 (less sag). The stance is perfect for me, occasionally tow a boat, 1.5 inches of rake un loaded. Just another route to consider..
What about the ReadyLift 2.5 Inch Front Lift Kit with Bilstein Shocks?
I have the 2.5 coil kit with track bar and bilsteins. The ride is much improved and it gave me 2 inches of lift. Leaving a little rake in the rear for weight before sagging.
