HELP 2003 E250 Sway Bar Bushing HELP

Im having some issues. The bushing for my sway bar needed to be replaced (same with most all other bushings) and I initially bought a complete Kit from AZ.

I had a guy do it for me since I had not done it before. I did watch several vids on it and whatnot. The end bushings are what Im having issues with. Within a day of installing the new bushings, they popped out. This is a pic of the bushings that were installed

These go into the existing sleeves of the old bushings. you remove the rubber from the old bushing and these are pressed into the sleeve of th eold bushing. They do have available to older type with the metal sleeve to replace old ones, but I went with these because thats what came in the kit. So yesterday, I pulled it apart, and removed the bushings and replaced with new ones

Not even 24 hours later they popped out too.
So.... Im asking you guys who have experience with this, what is the trick? Should I bite the bullet and get the OEM type with the sleeves and have them installed?
I installed the bushings exactly like in this video, and they were well seated on the front, but did not extend out the back of the sleeve as the sleeve is longer by a hair than the bushing that went into it.

If you're using those shown in your first image the metal sleeve of the OEM bushings has to be removed before they're installed.

The urethane bushings are best as they don't degrade over time so they keep the sway bar in contact with the I-Beams.

i have used both types from both images. however the instructions for the first image states specifically not to remove the sleeve, to remove the rubber and to clean the inner surface of the sleeve of any burs or rust.

Not sure what brand the black bushings you show are but every set I've installed have specified to remove the OEM steel sleeve. This did prompt me to re-read the included instructions for my Prothane 6-1151 bushing kit---it says to remove the old bushings and shells, to deburr the I-Beam as needed.

That type bushing simply won't physically fit in the I-Beam with the OEM sleeve still in place. Others who've used urethane bushings have always encountered problems with removing that steel sleeve---it can be a PITA unless you're working with a full frame/body lift.
