With those copper pipes, Bob, it looks like you could add hot water to your crete in cold weather so it sets up quicker! LOL.

Hahaha. I think you're onto something there. I have no idea how the factory would have plumbed a heater in a COE so I just winged it, and just couldn't see running a hose along an exhaust manifold. I also wanted stop valves for changing out the coolant filter.

Beautiful! Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. I like the doubler for the firewall penetrations, and the stainless bulkhead fittings. The only concern I would have with 100% hard piping is the transmission of engine noise and vibrations. Small hose jumpers at each end of the tubing eliminate that.
