Seriously! But an easy fix! I have been busy lately so haven't been working on the truck much but just ordered a bunch of parts. My wiper switch is brokenish. When I plug the power in it works but will not shut off so a new switch is on the way. Then a few other little odds and ends.
Yeah on Sunday I'm going to attempt to replace the seals, wrap all the wires over the engine and replace old broken tubing. I want to be driving it again soon.

How's the one that got hit? Easy fix on that one?
Sadly I think it's done. It doesn't look too bad in the picture but the bed is all bent. One side is about 5 inches higher than the other. The bed slammed into the cab and the door is hard to open and close. Axle binds and rear leaf springs are bent. Clutch went to the floor. Steering box has metal shards coming out of it. More than I want to do and more than I think is worth doing. Waiting on insurance but most likely it will become a donor truck. It breaks my heart but the new one helped to ease that pain a little.
Good Saturday morning and great start to the weekend Utah, Nick and all the gang.
Weather breaking there and starting to warm up.
It has here in WV and I have already cut the grass once and will need to do it again before the end of the new week.
Pretty sure we are done with the white stuff or at least it sticking if we do see any.
As I came in tonight the headlights hit the yard and I realize I will be cutting the gas again in the next couple days! Wat too early that kind a nonsense!
Have a great Sunday Darkside Nick and all of Utah!

I got the driver's side valve cover seal replaced. Everything inside looked ok to me. Didn't see anything scary. Lol
I think due to the amount of crap I have to remove to do the other side and I dont have a garage to work in, I'm going to try and tighten down the bolts and see if that fixes the leaking. The seal I replaced didn't look too bad. I expected it to fall apart when I took it off but it still had a lot of rubber to it.
I also wrapped some wires that had lost their covers a while back. Yeah I had bare wires running across the top of the engine. Lol

I hope tightening it down works for you! That's scary about the wires! I'm happy you were able to wrap them before something caught on fire. Fingers crossed over here that tightening the valve cover down does the trick.
