text messages on screen

text messages on screen
Wondering if I could get some help here. Just bought a new F250.
When I paired my phone up at the dealer, text messages would appear on the screen when they came in.
This worked for a couple of weeks. Now for the last week and a half, they aren't coming through.
And when I go to the text message screen and hit Refresh, is doesn't refresh with the new texts on my phone.
But it does seem to still load as I find texted from the day before on it.
I have rebooted my phone. deleted the blutooth pairing and re synced it a few times. Couldn't find anything in the manual for trouble shooting.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem? I would like the text messages to appear on the screen again.
