Appears correct, rear cross member to longitudinal brace is present on the passenger side. Driver's side appears to blend in with the non stock dock bumper. Looks like all the correct rack stantions are present too. Sides should be two 'racks' per side. If it spent it's life in the area I'd be leery of the cross member to longitudinal braces for each of the hidden cross members. The longitudinals are wood so the steel braces tend to rot away. Also the lip where the floor boards rest on all four sides tends to go soft as well.
For clarification I don't know any facts about this particular bed but speak from experience with factory platform beds that lived their lives working in the Pgh area.
