Greg, I hope you get to go to Moab this year. It looked like a good time, although when I get my Bronco finished I don't plan on that kind of stuff with it!

Morning everyone. I hope you had a great weekend.
I hope this morning isn't telling of how the rest of my day/week is going to go.
Coffee maker broke, and I can barely put any pressure on my right foot because of the ankle pain. Yay me!

Tim, I was not very kind to my body when I was young. It has caught up with me. Being a fat and out of shape (Round is still a shape in my book) only increases the issues. LOL

Oh man Greg, That sucks! Take it easy today, a little ice and then a heat pad.
I hurt my back 2 years ago, bulged a disc. I did not have to have an operation but it took a long time to heal, actually I'm not sure that is healed all the way yet.
