Lower cab structure repairs
Had to use a jack to lift the cab enough to open the door. I then put blocks of wood between the frame and cab so I cold move it around.
You can see the floor pan, lower door pillar and cab mount are rusted away.
Had to put in a patch on the passangers side lower door opening.
Used a piece of 1/4" steel to support the upper cab while I was rebuilding the lower front cab structure.
Lower front cab structure boxed in with new metal.
