Wire welder advice.... mine is having problems

Clean your liner , blow it out , rust is bad , if you remove it mark the position , when you reinstall it re clock it 90 degrees . Also a good idea to put 1 or 2 foam ear plugs coming off the spool , this will help keep wire clean . Cheers
