How about a little more Info. Engine size, mileage, recent repairs etc. If it failed Nox did they give you the other readings? Like CO. Is the truck dedicated or bi-fuel and does it have any support/timing adjustment boxes on it. I have worked in the lp industry for a long time hopefully I can help.
Regards
The truck is dedicated, it is a stright six fuel ing ,it passed the other reading hc>1.3744gpm,co>10.0029gpm. Put the nox failed at 6.2851gpm. At this time i dont no if it has a any timing ajustment box on the system , were would it be and what does it look like we were given this vech, by the old company and no info on the fuel system was given to me i could not even tell you make its or who put it in .
I agree that NOx is most likely an EGR issue. Pull the codes to see if you have any EGR/EVR related issues. First check you vacuum connections (to EVR, and from EVR to EGR). Next check your EGR diafragm to make sure it moves up and down and holds the vacuum. Also check your EVR solenoid to make sure it has proper resistanse (I think it should be between 40 and 60 Ohm) and is not stuck closed or open. If you have an EVR adapter connector that looks like a little black box between the wiring harness and the EVR, check it too. It has a resistor inside that might have lost connection.
Also, if your oxygen sensor never been changed, change it. It helps emissions enourmously.
