What Filter is this??

I changed my air filer and in the box is another filter that has a hose leading to the engine oil. i cant find info on this filter anywhere. does anyone know what kind of filter this is and maybe a part number so i can replace it. its very badly soiled. Ford 1989 E-150 5.0L 302

Thats what it is. I have the same thing on my 94. Should be a hose coming off of the filter housing right where the filter is.

The filter assembly fits all 1987/89 F150/350, Bronco & Econoline I-6 & V8. The filter only fits all 1978/89 cars/trucks.
