wheel base and width?

wheel base and width?
i need to tow my 71 2 wheel drive longbed 150 miles.i was wandering what the wheel base and width was that way i know if it will fit on the trailer.my truck is in a diferant state so i cant just go use a tape mesure.i dont want to spend the money renting the trailer and going down there if it wont fit.

wheelbase of a '67-'72 1/2 ton longbed standard cab is 131" the width depends on your wheels....the front track width is about 66" and the rear is about 62" (this is width of the axle at the drums) you will have to add for the width of tires that sticks out past the drum on each side to get an idea on the total width.

yes as long as its the same body style and cab/bed length.
'67-'72 f100,f150,f250 longbed standard cab is 131"
'73-'79 f100,f150,f250 longbed standard cab is 133"
the one ton's (f350's) have 135" and longer wb depending on how equiped
the drum to drum measurement was just to describe the measurement, in the case of a disc brake equiped vehicle it would be disc to disc.....(where the wheel bolts on) track width if you have stock steel wheels on it. if the wheels are aftermarket you're gonna have to measure for the width to be absolutely sure.

EDIT: if you have 80" of width your truck should fit.....mie has 33 12.50 tires on alcoa aluminum wheels and its about 78" or 79" wide at the belly of the front tires

the bed of the trailer is 6 foot 10 inches wide by 15 feet 10 inchs long i just have old bias ply stock tires so i am pretty sure it will fit.it will fit length wise and it sould be less than 81 inchs wide even with my tires i hope thanks guys.
