Forescan Moonroof

Anybody have any idea is their is a forescan for the moonroof SHADE on F150? Would love for it to open/close all the way with one touch, and not stop half way? Personally, I never have it half open.....its all or none

No FORScan needed.

With the correct opening procedure the roof should open/close all the way with "one touch".

There is not anything in Forscan for it. But are you talking about the shade opening all the way for the actual glass?

That's good advice right there. But what would be better is actually explaining what the procedure is.
Because actually neither the shade or the glass open with a single push of the button.

Tap the button quickly. My wife always holds them a split second too long and then has to hold it until it’s all the way open or shut.

Mine does. Perhaps you need to experiment a bit.... or read the manual. "and have a one-touch open and close feature".

OK, it does have a one touch feature but my wording could have been a little more clear by saying, "Because actually neither the shade or the glass open ALL THE WAY with a single push of the button." The shade will only open half way then you have to press the button again to open it the rest of the way (same for closing). And the glass only opens about 80% of the way then another tap will finish opening it Unless me and MY OWNERS MANUAL are wrong and you're too good to explain your answer I guess we'll go with that.

@Run-n-gun - mine does do the open as you described by just tapping it once

Either way, we still don't know which the OP meant.

Sorry for being absent, but I am talking about the shade part, not the actual glass.

I have tried the double tap method, and that still does not work. It always stops right in the middle, and then I have to tap again.

Would love the one touch 'all the way open' and one touch 'all the way closed' including when the door is opened before it finishes closing..

Inevitably someone opens the door before it closes all the way and I have to push the start button and the close button again.. the mirrors continue folding with the door open, why can't the shade/sunroof do the same?
