Need some help or information on a speed sensor for 1985 e150 van. My cruise control stopped working awhile back. A friend said it was the speed sensor. Go to all of the parts stores and they show me its the one that goes into the transmission with a electric pig tail. Mine does not have that one. If this would have been the 1980s the parts counter would have told me the answer. Today what ever is in the computer is all they know. Its a 351 4 barrel with C6 transmission. My sensor is behind the power brake booster and connected to the speedo cable with two wires. In my shop manual it show this in a picture. Does any one have any info on this part or part number or where I can buy one. Thank you

Thank You for your help again. Hard to believe my daily drivers are going by the wayside. They were all big sellers and now its easier to find the parts for the 50s and 60s cars and trucks than the 80s models. Thanks will make those calls tomorrow.
