I would guess not, especially if the EGR has only a single port/bung.
The EGR valve usually gets its vacuum via a Temperature Controlled Vacuum Switch, which supplies vacuum only after the engine has warmed up.
The choke pull-off should be connected to straight manifold vacuum, if it doesn't get its vacuum signal internally from the carb.

Thanks meangreen92 - Yeah, these tubes are more complicated than I thought. There is one that runs out of the back of the choke, down into the manifold and back into where, I don't know yet. Both the EGR diaphram and the choke pull down diaphram have connection points for tubes, but I haven't figured out yet where to/from.
