SOME HELP PLEASE

I've been toying with the idea of purchasing a small previously loved SUV for some time now. I've come across this one locally and was wondering what I should be looking for to make sure it's everything it appears to be. What can I expect to be areas of concern in the future??? Thanks in advance for your help...I know the FTE Community will steer me in the right direction.
