Bumper trim piece
Hi all
had a new plow installed today on a 2019 f250 which required the bumper to be removed. I looked everything over closely after it was all put together and noticed this trim piece on the driver side does clasps in, but appears to be missing a notched hole that matches the clasp. It feels secure but it seems strange there’s no notch.
Is that how how it is configured from the factory?

That’s what it looks like with the outer trim piece removed. Looks like yours wasn’t replaced when they installed the plow or it fell off, perhaps due to this design?
