I am looking for Ford pn D7TP-7A040-BA original application. Hope somebody can help

That's a C6 4x4 extension housing. Are you looking for a specific truck?

This is the ID engineering number marked on the extension housing, it is not the part number.

No part numbers marked on parts after 1956, just casting and ID engineering numbers, when applicable.

This is the part number:

D7TZ-7A039-C .. C6 Extension Housing / Marked: D7TP-7A040-BA or D8TP-7A040-AA / Obsolete

1977 F150 351M/400 with full time 4WD // 1977 F150/250 351M/400 with part time 4WD // 1978/79 Bronco; F150/250 & 1979 F350 351M/400 with part time & full time 4WD

1973/79 Truck Parts Catalog also says: Aluminum replaces cast iron extension.
