Just to chime in here** I personally recommend the bafx adapter! I ordered mine straight from their website after reading about how there are some counterfeits going around.. BAFX.COM

Just received mine tonight, will try out tomorrow. I will use the bluetooth version of BASF while my son also got the wifi version, we both have ios devices and android.

The BASF bluetooth sender fixed my problems, thanks to all of you that helped.

I have one coming in tomorrow. Is it faster than the ELM327 clear blue one?

Only issue is that the Delta T pid is not reading correctly, I used this: (([221310]*1.8)+32)-(([05]*1.8)+32)

I have tried the delta temp pid on two different android devices, still cannot get it to work.

Here's just the Calc part: (([221310]*1.8)+32)-(([05]*1.8)+32) And it looks like you have the same - did you follow the rest of the instructions for setting that up?

I followed your post #1 from 5-18-14: Leave ODBII PID blank
Long Name: Delta Temp (or whatever floats your boat)
Short Name: C/O Delta (or O/C Delta, what you want to see in the gauge)
Minimum: 0.0
Maximum: 30.0
Scale factor: x1
Unit Type Deg F
Equation: (([221310]*1.8)+32)-(([05]*1.8)+32) NOTE: This is now the CORRECTED formula

Sorry Rod, it should work, been racking my brain for some odd ball think like a config setting, but I got nutin'... Only thing I can think of is to post a Q on the Torque Forum, the fellow that wrote Torque will answer sometimes, maybe they will have some ideas - lots of folks creating their own custom gauges...
