I have a 2001 F-250 7.3l, was going down the road and the left hub decided to give out and after further inspection determined it was read to fall off. I replaced the hub and took it for a test drive now every time I apply the brakes it pulls hard right. Replaced the driver side caliper and hose and still doing the same thing pulling hard right. What could be my problem all brakes were bleed with a vacuum bleeder there is no air in the system and it has great brake pressure it stops on a dime just might put you in a ditch doing it.
You probably going to have to change the other caliper. I had a similar issue on my 04 . I changed caliper on the side it pulled.
What was going on was that the opposite side while not dragging was not biting all the way due to sticky pistons. Again it would not drag so hard to diagnose.
That made the opposite side pull so i was convinced that was the bad caliper.
And you might as well do a power steering flush while your in that deep seeing as how our trucks use that instead of vacuum to assist the brakes and feels better when i do that. I have a 6.0 but should be same on a 7.3
Replace or rebuild the other caliper. If it still pulls...like mine did...check and test the ABS valve module. Mine was bad and had to replace and all good!
If the truck pulls right, then it's the caliper on the left side that's causing it. I recently went through this. Truck pulled hard left under braking. I replaced both front calipers with Motorcraft remans and it brakes straight now. Calipers should always be replaced in pairs to avoid this.
Both calipers have been changed truck bleed in proper procedure both the regular way and with a vacuum bleeder and still having the same issue I do believe next step is testing the abs module does anybody know the procedure to do so??

Do a search on the paper clip method. Basically you remove the dust covers off the valves, insert a paper clip, and have someone apply the brakes. You test each valve and see if that paper clip moves up or stays still.

That's not the next step. Have you checked the rear brakes? A frozen rear caliper can cause the truck to pull to one side just as easily as the front can.
