Automatic Door locks will lock, but not unlock...
The dealer says the activator has to be replaced.. Both doors will lock but won't unlock. They want $500.00 ...OUCH!! No Way!!
I want to do this myself!..
Does anyone know of a tutorial on the web on how to replace this part(s)?... Or does any manual tell you how to replace the part?

Mine went out also, I bought some on ebay they are aftermarket but they work great you just have just leave the old ones in and mount the new ones in line then just splice in the new wires to the old ones. Its easier than it sounds. The best thing is they are new and only cost $2.95 ea they are always on there for sale. You can also buy them at a place that installs car alarms they wanted $20 each for the same thing and $60 to install. It is really easy to do yourself. Hope this helps if not email me.
