Has anybody had their rear end housing repaired? The bearing races spun and wore a groove where the backside of the race touches the housing. Plus I would guess the bore is no longer round as well.

My 65 F-350 had some housing wear when I had to replace the 5.13 gears some years back.
I just installed as usual, and haven't had any problems.
