Florida salvage yards?

That's what I do here in Ga, the junk yards just crush them. I buy a truck, get the parts I need or want to keep, then sell the truck remains or part it out. I have always got my money back, some times I even make a few $. Probably got enough body parts stored to build two/three trucks. I've got my eyes on a few more right now, one's a 1975 black XLT SB I want bad to restore, hasn't moved in 7-8 years. If me and the owner can ever come to a $$ agreement it will get a roll ride.To find them I just ride the back roads and pig trails, I probably know the whereabouts of 15 or 20 dents right now, all within 100 miles of me.

Have you joined you FTE state chapter and asked in there? Florida chapter: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum116/
And same for you Ozzy in Louisiana: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum148/
Do not be surprised if no one wants to deludge there Ford truck JY location though. Maybe check your local Craigslist for a cheap parts truck? Bad trans/motor/no title/wrecked makes them cheap?

I've been trying to buy pretty much all of them I can find. I've found three, and of those I kept two and parted one. Still got some of the better bits laying around, but I'm always on the hunt for more. Junkyards near me don't have these old beasts very often, and when one hits the yard it's pretty much a skeleton in a matter of days.
