so I just put the flatbed on my truck and I think some black/brushed wheels would look good with the black flatbed also I would like a little offset, nothing extreme since I haul a lot just a little wider stance. I just bought new tires about 2k miles ago 315/75 16 general grabber at2s. The problem is I’m finding no wheels with a negative offset in 16”. I really don’t want to have to buy new tires so does anyone have any suggestions on wheels or options? Pics would be great if any of y’all have 16s with a offset. Thanks
This was from a while ago...but here’s mine with a leveling kit, 16x10 weld super singles and 315/75/16...removed because they rubbed on the inner fenders pretty bad lol. This is the only pic I have of this setup, but I have to say, this was the favorite look I’ve had on my truck as far as wheels and tires go. It looks like the tires stick out a lot, but they only stuck out from under the fenders about 1.5-2 inches.
Quite a few companies make 16x10 and 16x12 wheels with offset varying from -20ish to -40ish. Mickey Thompson, American Racing, and Pro Comp are a few brands that come to mind.
When I went to OEM 18's, I needed to go with a 2" spacer....but, I had to machine .250 more into the step to center on the OEM wheel, so they ended up 1.75.
