Let's see some tweeter mounts

I'm looking to upgrade the front speakers in my standard cab and wanted to see ideas for how to run a 2 or 3 way component system up front - let's see what the audiophiles have done to get midrange/tweeters mounted on the dash/doors/A-pillars.

In my previous truck (dont have any in my current truck) I just mounted the tweeter next to the speaker in the door so it is hidden in the stock location and not damaging door panels or other interior trim. This works great with XLT door panels, but may not as well with XL panels.

I have considered doing this, but the only place I could see making it happen would be between the factory mount and the bolt for the mirror - is that where you put it? X marks the spot. Otherwise I would think the door panels would snuff them out with the way they lie relative to the factory mounts. And placing them lower seems kind of counter to the entire idea of having tweeters to raise the stage up.

Ended up mounting them up in the A pillar and they sound great. The music sounds like it is in front of you instead of down by your feet.
