I know the push button is missing in the photo. Need to get that and the spring.

you are more than welcome to use that tool in my presence so I can get a good laugh. The clips on the 53-55 handles are too short for the tool to contact them. It just ain't happening
Small screwdriver and pick is the only way

Yes, there is a rubber gasket between the vent & glass. Should be able to get it at any of our Vendors. Maybe even at SafeLite or a local glass place. I would think sealer won’t hold the glass firm enough causing wind noise and water leaks. Just my 2¢ worth.
