good day fellas, I have a issue with, I’m guessing is an after market sensor that connect to coolant line at the back of Transmission? It’s the black piece between Trans and Coolant Line? Thanks for the help and by the way this truck has a lot of extras on it, was there when I bought it 9 years ago.
I believe that's the transmission cooler by-pass line. If it senses to much pressure(restriction in tranny cooler) it will open and send the fluid right back to tranny. I believe part # is 2c3z7h322ba.
Issue is that it’s leaking between the Trans and sensor and sensor and Coolant line.. I was told this was an after market piece that was added by the original owner before me.. I’m wondering where and what this is so I can get a new one. Thanks
From what I can see yes that looks just like what’s on there, I can on see the bottom, the line runs above the Trans and not sure where it stop. thank you guys so much, now I can get part.. I’m willing to bet it’s the small o rings that’s causing the small leak.
