Multi-Contour Seat Issue

I found one thread reporting the multi contour screen freezing but no resolution. My drive side functions are frozen while the passenger side is functional. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? Considering trying to unhook the battery.

Had this problem with my passenger side. Dealer found pinched wire under seat

I’ve had a problem where the manual buttons on the seat worked but my screen wouldn’t let me select massage and wouldn’t show the lumbar adjustments I was doing manually. I felt around under the seat and squeezed anybconnector I could find. It fixed the problem but this was the second time I’ve had an issue in about 6 months. It’s almost like the screen and manual buttons weren’t reacting st the same time. I chalked it up to a contour seat brain fart.
