Question Wheel torque question

Can anybody tell me what this means? It is the wheel torque for my daughter's subaru.
89 lbf-ft (120 N-m, 12 kgf-m)
Does it say 89 ft. pounds?

Thanks very much. I was afraid to torque it too much. I heard they break off easy. Two of the bolts are broken off now. That's my job for the morning, to replace them.
