My 2019 came with 4800 lbs front springs vs the 5600 lbs springs of my 2017. I lost ~3/4" of front level. I really liked the look of my 2017 but like the ride of my 2019. I'm debating either the Ready-Lift 1" or 1.5" level spacers. I do not want to change springs. Thoughts/opinions between the 1" vs 1.5" level.

I went with these about a year ago and I am very happy with them. You can adjust them to find the ride height you want. You can also adjust them differentially side to side to account for the ‘Super Duty lean’. I set the drivers side 1/2 inch higher and my truck is level side to side in the front.

can they be adjusted without disassembly after install? I’m having a hard time visualizing how these work.

Yes, they can. You are supposed to jack the truck up a bit to take some weight off them before making adjustments.
Essentially they are like a drilled-out 2” diameter bolt with the threaded portion facing upward. On the threaded part is a giant nut that has the lower coil spring mount sitting on top of it. You rotate the nut to raise or lower the base of the coil spring. The nut also has a locking pin to prevent it from rotating on its own.
Inside the hollowed-out bolt is a grade 8 bolt that anchors the adjuster to the top of the axle housing.
OUO makes some stout stuff, and these are no exception.
That's very interesting and I like the adjustment side to side as there is about a 1/2" difference. I question all of the elevated weight on the bolt though. Especially in a hard forward brake situation.

I am not an engineer but I suppose that could be a concern, though it seems like the radius arms are principally what locate the axle front to back, and therfore resist the propensity for the axle to want to ‘roll under’ during hard braking. I think the sway bar links and front shocks also help. It seems that the coil lower coil mount mainly sets the vertical ride height, and that the coil and lower coil mount play little to no role in locating the axle. After all, the coil is not achored at either the upper or lower end, and it would fall out if the radius arms, sway bar links, and shocks didnt prevent the front axle from ‘rolling under’.
Also, my coils don't have the kind of bow in them shown in the photo as I have Carli radius arms and PMF lowered radius arm rear attachment mounts (not drop brackets). I also have Icon 2.5” leveling coils so I have the OUO coil adjusters set pretty low.
I've had these same coil levelers for about a year on my 2018. Work great. I have my front lifted approx. 1 1/4" from stock. Easy install. Well made and engineered product.
I just had a 1” BDS level done last week and replaced all 4 shocks with Fox. I have the plow prep and heavier springs, and honestly I would do 1.5” if I was you.
Motown- how’s the handling of your truck w just 1” of level? Any alignment correction needed? Looks great BTW
Thanks! I also added 295/65 Ridge Grapplers at the same time as the level along with the 4 Fox Shocks. The handling so far has been fine. I had it aligned but not really sure if it needed it. So far the only negative I found is that it has a bit more bump steer but I know this is from the tires. I’ll be adding a steering stabilizer shortly.
On a side note and off topic I also added a pedal commander as well this past weekend. I wasn't a believer but have to say so far I am really impressed. There is no power gain from the PC per se but it sure as hell feels like it. Definitely gained back any loss of power from the bigger tires.
Looks great Motown82!
Have you measured the difference from front to back yet?
Thanks! I have not measured it yet but am guessing that there is still around 1-1.5” of rake which I actually like. I also have the plow prep package as well.
