Do you mean is Ford going to update it on their dime? No. If you need an updated map (that might be available), check the Ford Owner website. I just checked, and there is not one available for the 2019. Not sure if that's good or bad.

the only way to get an update will be to go to a dealer, purchase the update, and have the dealer install the software using Electronic Field Communication (EFC). The newest map version will be EFC 06376.

Ford does not control the map/navigation updates in the SYNC 3 system.
They rely on an outside vendor for it`s map/navigation services and the last price for an updated map was $149.00 and that update wasn`t even close to what Apple or Google Maps offer.
Map updates on SYNC 3 are done through the USB and each updated map purchase is specific to each vehicle because the VIN# is required when ordering.
Griffin Ford in GA was one of the main sources for these so you might want to give them a call or just use your cell phone for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
