So I pulled up to a building with the Ex running. Unlocked the doors. Dropped the wife and kids off. Went to shift back into drive and it was locked. I looked down and the Theft light was flashing slowly. Turn the Ex off and back on and problem solved.
Was this caused by the order of operations. I can not recall if I unlocked the doors before shifting into park or not. Did it think it was being stolen or did the PATS loose communication with the key?
Mine would fart like this once every 6 months or so until it went haywire one morning... was just the ignition switch.
